Review a teammate’s proposed rule change

Separate exact-rule proposals from administrator publication.

Grant only the access the work requires

Use Team access to grant view and proposal capabilities to a person who should propose exact-rule changes without editing live rules. Review their other roles: an existing live-edit grant still permits direct editing and is not removed by adding proposal access.

Save a proposed addition, replacement or removal

The teammate describes an exact redirect addition, replacement or removal. Saving a proposal does not change live rules. A different administrator reviews the current proposal and explicitly publishes it. Changed rules or stale review state require a fresh review.

Keep decisions timely

The local queue holds up to 100 proposals for 90 days within 512 KB. Export or document needed decisions separately before expiry or auxiliary erasure. Proposals do not cover content cleanup or grant site administration. Retained batch reversal is a separate bounded recovery tool.
