Start in Needs attention

Open RedirectNest → Redirects → Needs attention after deleting a public page. A local review records its post identifier, old path and time. The queue holds up to 100 entries for 30 days; it is a review aid, not a full inventory of everything ever deleted.

Make the decision yourself

1. If relevant replacement content exists, review it and choose the manual destination.
2. If no change is needed, leave the path unchanged. This adds no rule and does not certify which response another plugin or server will return.
3. If the content was intentionally retired with no replacement, review and explicitly confirm a 410 response. A 410 has no destination.

Free never guesses or automatically publishes a deletion replacement. Test the actual old URL after saving. Restoring content or reusing its path can change the right decision.

Recheck restored content

RedirectNest checks restored/reused paths and concurrent edits before saving. A restored page with a saved 410 is flagged for review: inspect the current rule and content before removing or changing it. If a review has become stale, reload and make a new decision from the current state.

Auxiliary-data erasure removes deletion review records while preserving active redirects. Restore content with WordPress and rules with their own recovery controls; neither operation automatically reverses the other.
