Your purchase and delivery
The selected plan, site allowance, currency, billing frequency and total are shown before payment. USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD prices are set independently and include applicable tax. The tax breakdown and final total are shown in checkout before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. Downloads and commercial entitlements become available after successful payment verification through your private purchase page or verified customer account. These terms do not themselves enable public sales.
Licensing and site allowances
Plugin source is GPL-2.0-or-later. Each production-site entitlement includes one associated staging or development installation. Release the existing staging assignment before replacing it. Site allowances describe commercial updates, downloads and support; they do not remove rights granted by the GPL. After successful activation, installed Pro features keep working on that site after ordinary expiry. New downloads, updates and new activations require current entitlement. Refunds, disputes and explicit revocation are separate; existing redirect rules and recovery remain available.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases
Annual subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. One-time purchases do not recur: coverage is purchased-version use, maintained-product-lifetime updates and 12 months of direct support. There is no promise of perpetual development or unlimited personal support.
Cancellation and support
Cancel an annual subscription through the billing portal linked from your purchase or account page before its next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then. Contact support if you cannot access the portal. Annual plans include direct product support during the paid term; one-time purchases include 12 months of direct support. Support concerns RedirectNest installation and product operation. No guaranteed response time, custom development or unlimited personal support is promised.
14-day refund policy
For an initial RedirectNest purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment. Contact [email protected] with your order reference. Do not send card details. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the legally required period; your bank may take additional time to display it. You may withdraw by sending a clear statement to the contact above, identifying your purchase and the date. We do not treat downloading the plugin alone as waiving statutory withdrawal rights. A refunded purchase loses its commercial download, update and support entitlement. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed products. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals; cancellation alone does not request a refund. This voluntary 14-day window applies to initial purchases.
What the product cannot promise
Redirect verification cannot guarantee search rankings, content relevance or third-party availability. Rollback restores plugin rules, not browser or CDN caches. Test important changes on staging and maintain independent backups.
