Pro is a separate add-on with initial site activation. Fresh pair: install Free 1.1.2 first, then Pro 1.1.2. Existing pair: update Pro first, then Free without uninstalling. Installed Pro features remain usable on that activated site after ordinary subscription expiry; renew for downloads, updates and new activations. Advanced redirects require Pro to remain installed and active. If Pro is removed or inactive, those rules stay saved but do not run. Free can still pause, delete, export and recover them; restoring compatible Pro resumes their matching.
Both editions share a 5,000-rule limit, including at most 200 advanced rules; rule imports must be below 2 MB. Retention, daily path limits, noise filtering and ignored prefixes are included in Free. Seven days and 1,000 distinct missing paths per day are the defaults; retention can be set to 7, 30 or 90 days. Existing settings are preserved until changed. Request conditions require cache exclusions and are not access controls. Read the matching, scanner and cleanup limits.
Use Free 1.1.2 with Pro 1.1.2 for Smart repair, Auto-Mapper, Lifecycle and internal-link cleanup. These tools require administrator access. Suggestions compare words and paths, not content meaning; nothing is selected or published automatically. Cleanup supports eligible classic HTML and stable core paragraph, list and button blocks with WordPress revisions. Custom or dynamic blocks, builders and unsupported markup need manual editing.
Free imports supported basic Redirection conversions. Rank Math conversions need Pro for trailing-slash matching; Simple 301 needs manual conversion in either edition. Review encoded-path differences before switching. Unsupported conditions are rejected, and any rejected row blocks the import. Check import compatibility.
A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
Before you choose.
Do I need a customer account?
Free needs no account. Verified paid purchases can use a customer account for licenses, downloads and billing. Existing private purchase links remain available subject to account security actions.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress website; each multisite subsite counts separately. The private purchase page assigns and releases site-specific install keys. Activation and signed updates are available for eligible purchases.
What happens when an annual plan ends?
After successful activation, installed Pro features, monitoring and scheduled changes keep working on that site after ordinary expiry. Renew for new downloads, updates and new site activations. Refunds, disputes, site releases and explicit revocation are separate. Keep both plugins active to run advanced redirects. Removing or deactivating Pro stops advanced matching while retaining saved rules, export and recovery.
What happens to an existing one-time purchase?
Existing purchases keep the terms accepted when purchased. New plans renew annually until cancelled; this does not rewrite earlier orders.
Can I use Free without Pro?
Yes. Free is a standalone plugin, including exact matching, URL-change suggestions, native CSV and reviewed competitor conversions, bulk enable/pause/delete, deletion reviews, basic hit/404 counts and recovery. Pro adds advanced matching, reviewed repairs, local mapping, lifecycle reviews, supported link cleanup, schedules, monitoring and client reports.
What are the limits of the review tools?
Local suggestions compare words and paths; they do not prove equivalent content. Smart repair searches up to 500 public pages. Auto-Mapper compares up to 5,000 URLs per uploaded XML urlset, with reviewed custom targets; sitemap indexes need individual urlset exports. Each content-scan scope retains up to 1,000 posts, 500 targets and five source examples per target, with continuation to later scopes. Dynamic content remains outside coverage. Cleanup supports one eligible classic HTML page or supported core paragraph, list and button blocks at a time, with WordPress revisions. Custom and dynamic blocks and builders need manual editing. How do I install or update the pair?
For a fresh installation, install Free 1.1.2 first, then Pro 1.1.2. For an existing pair, update Pro first, then Free without uninstalling. Back up first and test representative paths afterward. Follow the installation guide.
How do payments and downloads work?
Stripe hosts payment entry. Eligible purchases can access protected Pro downloads and billing through their customer account or private purchase link. Free download availability is managed separately; check the current status.
