What is stored
This desk stores the subject, topic, messages, email and optional name, staff replies, status and conversation history. Authorised staff may keep private notes and activity records. We use these records to answer support requests and protect the service. New support requests require an email address to identify the request and find related orders; your name is optional. Older tickets may not contain an email address. Providing an email address does not verify purchase ownership or subscribe you to marketing.
Why we use your email
We process the information needed to provide support under our contract with you, or to take steps you request before a purchase. For other enquiries and service protection, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests and preventing abuse. The required privacy acknowledgment confirms you have read this notice; it is not marketing consent. We do not add support contacts to a newsletter.
Save your private ticket link
Anyone with the private link can read and reply to that conversation. Save it securely and return to check replies. This desk does not send automatic ticket notifications or private access links to customers by email. Our staff may receive an internal email containing the ticket reference and an authenticated owner link, without your message text or contact details.
Browser storage and spam protection
The essential of_csrf cookie protects forms for up to one hour. The of_ticket cookie remembers access to that ticket for up to 30 days. Both are restricted to the support paths and may be refreshed; they do not track public page visits. A private ticket link can restore access after cookies are cleared.
Choosing Load spam protection loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and network signals before a new ticket or customer reply is submitted. Our server verifies the challenge token; ticket text, names, email addresses and private links are not sent to Turnstile. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Request limits also help prevent abuse. The application uses daily changing, keyed pseudonyms for network-based limits and removes expired limit records; it does not store raw IP addresses in its limiter table.
Retention and requests
The daily cleanup deletes a ticket 365 days after its latest message. An open privacy request or a documented, time-limited retention hold pauses automatic deletion. Your private ticket includes a conversation export, privacy-request form and a direct deletion control; deletion is unavailable while a review or hold is open. The full privacy notice explains recovery copies and other retained records. You can also ask in your ticket or use the contact details above to request access, correction or deletion. Do not include passwords, private keys, card details or your customers’ personal information.
